Staff Software Engineer

Full-stack software engineer, about ten years in, focused on modern, performant web apps. React & Vue on the front. Ruby, Go, Scala & Node on the back. I also hold Master's degrees in Computer Science & Data Science.

Most of my work now is platform and authorization systems: event-driven services, shared libraries other teams build on, and the reliability work that keeps them running.

I favor clear abstractions and code that stays maintainable as it scales. I care about performance, clean architecture, and modular, well-tested code. Lately that's meant event-driven services and shared libraries other teams build on.

Outside of work, I'm a passionate mixed-martial-arts practitioner, I train Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu and you'll often catch me at the gym.
